Sri. N. Ayyappan Unnithan, our esteemed Chairman & Managing Director, brings over 43 years of unmatched expertise in Kerala and Tamil Nadu’s construction and real estate sectors. Under his visionary leadership, he has delivered more than 58 high-quality residential and commercial buildings, always prioritizing excellence and timeliness. At Cordon Constructors and Realtors Pvt. Ltd., his vast experience has driven us to successfully complete 15 projects and launched 3 new residential projects within 13 years. His strategic foresight and dedication have solidified our reputation as a leading builder in Trivandrum.

Arun Ayyappan Unnithan

Executive Director

Sri. Arun Ayyappan Unnithan, Executive Director, spearheads the execution and marketing endeavors of our company. With a keen focus on real estate operations, he meticulously manages everything from project site selection to pre-construction activities, construction, and project marketing. With a background in Engineering and over 18 years of experience in constructing multi-storied buildings and sales, his expertise is invaluable to our team. Additionally, he holds esteemed positions as the President of CREDAI Trivandrum and State General Council Member of CREDAI Kerala, Vice President of Builders Association of India-Trivandrum Centre, State Vice President of Hockey India and Member of Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce & Industries and also an active Rotarian.

Divya Viswanath

Director (Operations)

Oversees day-to-day operations and project execution, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery. Focused on maintaining high-quality standards and operational efficiency, while supporting the team to achieve excellence in every project.
