- Daily Operations Management: Coordinate on-site activities, schedule worker tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, enforce safety rules (including PPE usage), and implement accident protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure work aligns with blueprints, design specifications, and building codes, rectifying errors promptly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise employees and subcontractors, monitor productivity, and maintain a disciplined work environment.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports for Project Managers and clients.
- Logistics: Arrange the timely delivery and proper storage of construction materials and equipment
