Sri. Arun Ayyappan Unnithan, Executive Director, spearheads the execution and marketing endeavors of our company. With a keen focus on real estate operations, he meticulously manages everything from project site selection to pre-construction activities, construction, and project marketing. With a background in Engineering and over 18 years of experience in constructing multi-storied buildings and sales, his expertise is invaluable to our team. Additionally, he holds esteemed positions as the Vice President of CREDAI Trivandrum and a State General Council Member of CREDAI Kerala, Vice President of Builders Association of India-Trivandrum Centre, State Vice President of Hockey India and Member of Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce & Industries and also an active Rotarian.
